Co-operated and worked with clients such as IKEA & Three Ireland to develop new marketplace solutions that suits the clients needs.

Contribution in realising IKEA's service-based marketplace & designing the UI and UX for IKEA Second-hand C2C Marketplace (as part of their IKEA @ Home initiative). Proven effective design decision and conversion rate with the project having launched in Poland with thousands of listing and 700 confirmed sales within the first week; recently has expanded across Europe in Spain & Portugal and will launch in Norway by April 2026.

Designed from the ground up Three Ireland Marketplace, an upcoming first-of-its-kind self-service B2B Marketplace

During Three project, led the effort with the client's design team to update Marketplace to comply with European Accessibility Act (EAA) regulations. Responsible for split payments design piece with collaboration with BA and developers to balance both the user experience, business needs and technical constraints.

Led the design effort to convert the legacy marketplace (Porto) to a new React-based Headless Marketplace (Glyde).

Worked with a wide range of different clients to deliver multi-vendor marketplace solutions by customising the headless marketplace through use of design tokens.

Maintained and updated the Glyde Design System & modules as the marketplace functional capability grew.

Responsible for the UX UI designs of core marketplace functions, i.e. configurable products purchasing flow, bundle offers capability, service-based marketplace modules, P2P project bidding, C2C functions with user interactions functions, and more.

Worked with technical staffs and BA to realise new marketplace functions, solve technical limitations, creating UX to Front-end processes and deliver excellent services to clients.
